This course gives a practical introduction to Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) and Seismic CPT (SCPT), covering how the techniques work, how equipment is selected and deployed, and how to collect, process, and interpret data. Participants learn about rig types, cone measurement principles, common sources of error, key data corrections, and the fundamentals of seismic wave testing and arrival-time analysis.

After the Training
After attending this course, participants should be able to perform cone penetration tests and dissipation tests according to the ISO standard.
