Facility Information

Registration & Check-In

Check-in will be available daily at the facility and at the Welcome Reception (Wednesday evening). At registration, you will receive your name badge, a goody bag, and a commemorative Eijkelkamp 10th anniversary T-shirt.

The hotel is 8.3 miles from the airport, 2.7 miles from Eijkelkamp North America and close to downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. A breakfast buffet is included with your stay.
The block rate has expired. If you still need a room, please contact Lane Leibrock (lleibrock@vhghotels.com), the Director of Sales, to book and receive our corporate rate.
If you reserved under our block, please confirm your reservation before arrival.  

Shuttle & Transportation

Shuttle transportation will run back and forth between the Element Wilmington Hotel and the Eijkelkamp Facility. Approximate departure times are listed below.
• Tuesday and Wednesday morning pick-ups: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
• Tuesday, Wednesday evening returns: 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 pm.
• Thursday morning pick-ups: 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
• Thursday evening returns:  4:30 p.m. then as needed until 10:00 p.m
If you prefer to drive, parking is available onsite with clear signage. Staff will direct overflow parking.

Tuesday October 14 - Sonic and CPT Training Part 1

Morning Shuttle: 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Registration/continental breakfast: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Welcome:  9:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
Training Start time: 9:45 a.m.
Lunch: 12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.
End time: 4:00 p.m.
Afternoon Shuttle: 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday October 15 - Sonic and CPT Training Part 2

Morning Shuttle: 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Continental breakfast:  8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Training Start time: 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
End time: 4:00 p.m.
Afternoon Shuttle: 4:00 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Welcome Reception:  5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Element Hotel

Thursday October 16 - Open House, Workshop, Demo Day and 10th Anniversary Celebration

Morning Shuttle: 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Plenary/Welcome Start time: 9:00 a.m.
Workshop 1: 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

Friday, October 17

Shuttle:  Please see a team member if you need transportation
Team members available from 8:00 a.m. until noon for appointments
Coffee and box lunches provided

Meals & Receptions

• Daily continental breakfast, lunches, snacks, and beverages will be provided at our facility.
• Welcome Reception: Wednesday, October 15, 5:30–7:30 PM at Element Hotel (beer, wine, and pizza). The date for this event was moved to accommodate more attendees.
• If you have done so in your RSVP, please notify us of any dietary restrictions noted in your RSVP—we will accommodate accordingly.

Safety

• Closed-toe shoes are required.
• PPE (hard hats, safety glasses, gloves) will be provided onsite
• Please follow staff instructions and remain in designated areas during demonstrations.

Weather

Expect mostly mild, pleasant weather — daytime highs in the low to upper 70s °F (around 22–27 °C) and cooler evenings dipping into the upper 50s (14–15 °C). 

What to Bring & Wear

• Casual professional attire (company shirts encouraged)
• Closed toe shoes
• Jacket for outdoor activities
• Business cards for networking
