Reporting a vulnerability
Please report suspected security vulnerabilities via email to security@eijkelkamp.com.
To help us understand and address the issue, please include as much information as possible:
- Product name and model
- Firmware / software version
- Description of the vulnerability
- Impact and severity (if known)
- Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue
- Any relevant screenshots, logs or other evidence
If you prefer to encrypt your report, you can use our PGP public key.
Responsible disclosure
We follow a responsible disclosure process. Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable chance to investigate and release a fix.
What we don't accept
Do not access, modify, or delete data that does not belong to you. Do not perform attacks that could negatively impact our systems, services, or other customers.
